Through mediation, all parties are directly involved in negotiating a settlement and retain control over the process and outcome. As a neutral third-party mediator, Mr. Mankin facilitates the discussion and negotiation of a mutually acceptable resolution to the dispute. Mr. Mankin approaches every mediation case objectively and professionally, while also treating clients with respect, courtesy and empathy. He will be patient and persistent in the exploration of all possible strategies, with the goal of finding a resolution that is acceptable to all involved parties.
